With a lovely sunny terrace & conservatory and just a 5 mins walk to beautiful west facing sandy beach. It is spacious, all on one level, easy access off the path, so great for guests with young families or mobility issues. Smoke free & pet free, perfect if you have allergies, FREE WIFI of course, double glazing & electric heating, so warm and cozy all year.
The bungalow is located on a small estate, with an enviable corner location and front garden. There are similar semi-detached bungalows on the other side and it is quiet & fairly private. The enclosed rear terrace & conservatory provides a perfect sun trap to enjoy the sun from morning through to mid-afternoon, a perfect setting for relaxing and al-fresco dining.
Awel Dyfi is just a short walk to Tywyn's High Street with all amenities including a doctor’s surgery, good restaurants, pubs & many independent shops as well as two supermarkets. Only a short to the beach, where you can watch spectacular sunsets and regularly spot dolphins.
Nicely decorated & finished to a good standard, the bungalow is the ideal base for your perfect holiday, summer or winter. If you haven't visited this part of Wales before, this is an ideal base to experience the West Coast of Wales and the stunning Snowdonia countryside. Tywyn's renowned 'Magic Lantern' cinema & arts venue, the main line train station is only a few mins away as well as the world famous Tal-y-llyn Railway ( the world’s 1st preserved railway).
With level access off the pathway and unrestricted parking on the road, you enter through the front off the grassy garden.
This separate cottage style kitchen, with ‘oak look’ cupboards is well equipped with everything you require to cook for a family inc a microwave and much more. The kitchen has tile effect easy clean flooring, good quality appliances, including a fridge/freezer, (no washing machine) an electric hob & oven.
Straight off the kitchen, is the main feature of this lovely home is the big, double glazed, sunny conservatory, with tiled flooring, 2 bamboo arm chairs, electric ‘log burner’ and a dining table with 4 chairs.
Off the conservatory is useful ‘snug room’ with a bed settee and vanity wash hand basin. This can be used as a small 3rd bedroom or games room and can sleep one adult or 2 children only. It has curtains, but the PVC roofing can let in light and is noisy when raining.
This spacious open plan living area has wood laminate flooring and a modern ‘flame’ feature electric fire. In the sitting there are 3 & 2-seater leather settees, rugs & coffee table. For your entertainment there is a 24” flat screen TV/DVD with FREEVIEW. Games & books, WIFI of course. From the bay window you can enjoy views over the grassed area to the front.

The bungalow is set in a lovely coastal town on The Cambrian Coast. The rear enclosed patio benefits from the sun most of the day. Sun loungers are also available, and guests have use of a barbecue.
Front garden: With pleasant grassy space. Free parking on the road.

The property comfortably sleeps 4 people, but we can accommodate 5/6 ( 1 adult or 2 children sleeping on a comfortable sofa bed in the snug area) A £35 supplement applies.
We have a minimum charge of £250 for any stay.
Saturday changeovers in the main season.
We ask for a 25% deposit on booking & a £35 booking fee.
The balance is due 8 weeks before.
There is a £150 security deposit, which we will return within 14 days provided there are no breakages or damage.

Rates shown below are per night or for the whole week. Where a nightly rate is shown, we offer a 4 night midweek break arriving on Monday leaving on Friday and a 3 night weekend break arriving on Friday leaving on Monday.
