It’s located right on the sea front, a stone’s throw from the beach, enjoying panoramic views and with easy level access & off road parking.
A large detached ‘Premier’ property set in a stunning coastal location with all the comforts of modern living, having just been fully renovate to accommodate 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and including a big conservatory. Swn Y Mor has double glazing and oil fired central heating and of course free WIFI.
Spacious, contemporary interior, presented with tasteful ‘coastal styling’ and outside a big west facing decked garden that leads rights onto the beach. This is the ideal base for your perfect family holiday, summer or winter. If you are into surfing, kiteboarding or any other water-sports, this lovely property is perfectly located to experience the West Coast of Wales. It’s ticks ALL the boxes.
Once you've dived into the waves, chill out on the terrace, watch the dolphins play while relaxing in the hot tub and enjoy the amazing sunsets over the bay.
Apart from the amazing views, this spacious, carpeted living area is bright with large patio windows overlooking the terrace and the coastline. There is contemporary & coastal style ‘Next’ furniture throughout, with seating for up to 10 including a ‘Chez Long’ corner settee, 2 & 3 seater settees, a coffee table, 42” TV/SKY with movies package, XBOX 360 and lots of games.
This lovely designer kitchen has ‘linowood’ flooring, it is fully fitted with hi-gloss units a wood worktops. There is a ‘range’ electric cooker with 2 ovens, warming oven, & 6 ring ceramic hob. Larder fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle & toaster. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with ample crockery, glasses and cooking equipment.
Off the kitchen is the big conservatory with carpeted flooring, 32” Freeview TV, an extendible family dining table with benches and chairs, plus a separate ‘breakfast’ table with 4 chairs.
All the bedrooms are fully carpeted and the bathrooms tiled with Italian style wall tiling and cushion/lino-flooring.
To the rear, Bedroom 1 with en-suite sleeps 2:

Twin & disable friendly room, Bedroom 4 with en-suite sleeps 2:
With a single pull-out trundle bed, 3 drawer chest of drawers, twin wardrobe and faux leather settee, making this an idea ‘chillout room’ for the kids! This room benefits from an en-suite, disable adapted (with extra wide door) walk in shower/wet room, with WC and low level wash hand basin. The wet room has twin doors, allowing easy access from the hallway and opposite the bunk room.
Please note: During 2017 there is building working going on next door. Ask us about the progress at the time of booking.
The beach is right in front of the garden which enjoys the sun all day until sunset, being West facing it’s perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dinning. From the lounge patio doors or off the side access, you will love the spacious decked area and the glass screened 4 seater hot tub. There is a partly grassed garden, stainless steel charcoal BBQ, sun loungers and 2 wooden picnic tables (photos to follow). Enjoy the uninterrupted panoramic sea views and amazing sun sets right over the Cambrian Coast!
Off road parking for 3 car maximum. Extra free parking is available on the sea front about 100yards walk. The owners have a small storage shed for keeping boards and bikes.
We will consider one small dog with a £25 surcharge applying. Dogs are welcome on the beach except in the restricted area in front of the prom Apr-Sept. Whether you are looking for adventure, or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is just a stone throw away, with the stunning Cader Idris only a 10 minute drive from the property. As well as a fantastic sea front location and views towards Bardsey Island & The Llyn Peninsula, Sound of the Sea Beach Bungalow is also only 10 minutes' walk away from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctors surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more.
Additional information: Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £399 applies to every booking. Where a 1 week minimum applies, our changeover day is Saturday Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels, use of the hot tub (see special conditions on the booking form) Please bring your own robes & beach towels.
We request a £29.95 booking fee & a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £399 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property. We accept payment by BACS bank transfer or by cheque. We can take card payments through our PAYPAL facility (a 1.8% surcharge applies).
Guest have use of the hot-tub located on the rear patio from 9.00 AM until 9.45 PM each evening (no later as it is in a residential area), on the full understanding that they use it in an accordance with the instruction provided at the property and that Lounge Holidays and or the owner do not accept any responsibility for death, personal injury or failure of the equipment in connection with the use of this hot-tub. If you use the hot-tub and its equipment incorrectly or do not follow the instruction provided at the property, we will hold you fully responsible for any loss or damage caused to it and any associated equipment provided. It is your responsibility to use the tub safely and the look after the associated equipment provided. We draw particular attention to the instruction that all guest shower and remove make up, deodorants and sun tan lotion before using the hot tub. Guests with fake tan applied are not permitted to use the hot tub. The water is changed & treated regularly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, but if we need to do an unscheduled change of the water as a result of incorrect use, we will charge you £50.

Rates shown below are per night or for the whole week. Where a nightly rate is shown, we offer a 4 night midweek break arriving on Monday leaving on Friday and a 3 night weekend break arriving on Friday leaving on Monday.
