The apartment has recently been renovated & decorated. 

From the open plan living/dining room you can watch the tides roll in and with the beach located opposite you could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sands or in the dunes, then enjoying the spectacular sunset over Cardigan Bay.

The apartment is also pet & smoke-FREE, so great for guests with allergies.

Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a stone’s throw from the apartment.

As well as a central location with views, this lovely holiday home is only a minute walk to Barmouth town centre, with its shops, good pubs, and eateries plus the railway station.  

There is no designated parking but guests have use of a parking permit and the main town car park is just 200m away. Even in high season, there is usually no problem parking close by.


All the floors are laminated in wood effect.


Entering from the front over the Rock Shop, the apartments in the building have their own entrance and no THREE is on the second/top floor.  Not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, this lovely Apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want.

For those with families miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. 

If you're into cycling or horse-riding there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally-famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin just 20 minutes away.

This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way very close. 

For those seeking a little more challenge Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour. If you're not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast railway – one of the UK’s most scenic railway routes all the way along this glorious coastline – or maybe one of the famous narrow-gauge steam railways that proliferate in this corner of Wales?

A truly exceptional property for your summer holiday, winter & weekend break.

Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays:

Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £250 applies to every booking.

Christmas dates 22nd to 29th Dec & New Year 30th December to 5th January

Where a 1 week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY

Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels

We also have a travel cot & high chair at no extra charge, please bring your own cot bedding

Strictly NO PETS sorry

There is a £35 booking fee. We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.

Rates shown below are per night or for the whole week. Where a nightly rate is shown, we offer a 4 night midweek break arriving on Monday leaving on Friday and a 3 night weekend break arriving on Friday leaving on Monday.
