Lounge Holidays are thrilled to offer Sunset Beach Apartment 4’. One of 4 apartments in this newly converted development on Barmouth sea front. This stunning split level, beach-front, contemporary styled holiday apartment enjoys spectacular coastal and mountain views.
This gorgeous, duplex apartment definitely has the WOW! factor and is a perfect getaway bolt hole. Split over 3 levels, with an open-plan living area, it has three double bedrooms, one en-suite and a large family bathroom. We can accommodate upto 8 guests with the use of a sofa bed in the lounge. All bedrooms, stairs & landing areas are carpeted, with wood effect cushion flooring in the living room and bathroom.
The west-facing aspect affords stunning views of the beach and Cardigan Bay. From the open plan living, kitchen and dining room you can watch the waves roll in and with the beach located right opposite, you could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sand or in the dunes, then enjoying the spectacular sunset over Cardigan Bay from the picture frame windows of the apartment. For those cooler times of year there is gas central heating, double glazing and of course the apartment has free WIFI throughout.
The apartment is also pet & smoke FREE, so great for guests with allergies.
Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a stone’s throw from the apartment. As well as a fantastic location with views of Barmouth’s award-winning sandy beach and the Llyn Peninsula, this lovely holiday home is only a two minute walk to Barmouth town centre with its shops, harbour and good pubs and eateries.
There is no designated parking but there are free parking spaces outside and a car park opposite, as well the main town car park 500m away. Even in high season there is usually no problem parking close by.
The Sunset Beach complex can accommodate up to 20 guests in 4 separate apartments, so great for big family get together all in one building, but with your own private space.
Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, Barmouth Sea View Apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with families miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you're into cycling or horse-riding there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally-famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way very close, whilst the Wales Coast Path passes the front door! For those seeking a little more challenge Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour. If you're not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast railway – one of the UK’s most scenic railway routes all the way along this glorious coast line – or maybe one of the famous narrow-gauge steam railways that proliferate in this corner of Wales?

The open plan kitchen/diner is towards the end of the lounge and is equipped with everything you would expect in a well presented holiday home. The kitchen has newly fitted ‘high gloss’ kitchen units with oak worktops, a built in fan oven, ceramic hob & extractor hood over, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, toaster, iron and ironing board, microwave and USB charging points.
A Large, solid wood modern dining table with seating for six and a stylish floor lamp. The rear door with window giving mountain views over the town and access to the fire escape.

A truly exceptional property for your summer holiday, winter & weekend break. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 but we can accommodate upto 8 guests utilising the sofa bed in the lounge area. A £35 per person supplement applies.
Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £350 applies to every booking.
Where a 1 week minimum applies, our changeover day is FRIDAY
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £250 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.
We accept payment by BACS bank transfer no charge. Card payments VIA PAYPAL or by cheque. A £35 booking fee is applied to every booking.

Rates shown below are per night or for the whole week. Where a nightly rate is shown, we offer a 4 night midweek break arriving on Monday leaving on Friday and a 3 night weekend break arriving on Friday leaving on Monday.
