This spacious, split level maisonette retains some original Victorian features, but is contemporary in design and enjoys great views of the sand dunes behind Barmouth’s Blue Flag beach.

There is no designated parking but there are free parking spaces outside and a car park opposite, as well the main town car park 500m away. Even in high season, there is usually no problem parking close by.
Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, the apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with family’s, miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you're into cycling or horse-riding, there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally-famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way very close, whilst the Wales Coast Path passes the front door! For those seeking a little more challenge, Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour. If you're not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast railway – one of the UK’s most scenic railway routes all the way along this glorious coastline – or maybe one of the famous narrow-gauge steam railways that proliferate in this corner of Wales?
You could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sand or in the dunes or enjoying the spectacular sunset over Cardigan Bay from the garden or big bay window. For those cooler times of year there is gas central heating, double glazing and of course, the apartment has free WIFI.
Dogs are welcome on the beach except in the restricted area. Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a stone’s throw from the apartment.
As well as a fantastic location with views of Barmouth’s award-winning sandy beach and the Llyn Peninsula, this lovely holiday home is only a two-minute walk to Barmouth town centre with its shops, harbour and good pubs and eateries.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 5 guests, we can accommodate a 6th guest using the single flip chair bed (suitable for under 14’s) A £35 supplement applies
Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £250 applies to every booking.
Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property. We will also consider taking one dog a £25 supplement applies.
