Tywyn Beach House is spacious, contemporary ‘coastal styling’ comfortable and quirky, with a glass balcony and big garden that backs rights onto Tywyn’s ‘Blue Flag’ beach.
Our contemporary 'upside down' beach front house is the ideal base for your perfect family holiday, summer or winter.
If you are into surfing or any other water-sports, this lovely property is perfectly located to experience the West Coast of Wales. Guests also have full use of x 2 sea kayaks. Once you've dived into the waves, chill out on the balcony, watch the dolphins play and enjoy the amazing sunsets over the bay.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with ample crockery, glasses and cooking equipment. With:

- Four ring gas hob & double ovens
- Tall fridge and freezer
- Four slice toaster
The spacious sitting area is covered by ‘state grey’ carpeted to co-ordinate with the ‘surf style’ décor.
The room is bright with large picture windows overlooking the coast. The lounge area has two comfy sofas and two leather armchair, plus a coffee table.
There is a 24”TV/DVD/CD and a video recorder.
Has a family dining table with 6 suede hi-back chairs. Best of all, there is a balcony off the dining area with stunning sea views.

The ground floor contains the two double bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have TV’s, views of the garden & the beach.
The bedroom to the left has a double divan bed, new ‘bleached white wood effect’ flooring, built in wardrobe, 2 IKEA bedside tables, an IKEA white wood 3 drawer chest of drawers and patio door onto the garden.
The bedroom to the right has a double ‘sleigh style’ bed, new slate grey carpet, shabby chic wardrobe, 2 IKEA bedside tables and shabby chic 7 drawer chests of drawers.
Hotel quality bedding & towels are provided.
The ground floor has

The beach is right in front of the garden and the west facing garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset.
To the side of the property is a 'lean-to' area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage area for bikes, boards & wet suits etc.
Driveway to the front of the property with parking for two cars plus off-road parking for more.
We will consider one small dog. Dogs are welcome on the beach except in the restricted area.
You will LOVE the beach houses, but if you don't fancy staying inside, head out to our sunny west facing garden or enjoy the views from the new glass balcony. Bask in the sunshine and take in the beautiful views.
Whether you are looking for adventure or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is just a stone throw away, with the stunning Cader Idris only a 10-minute drive from the property.
As well as a fantastic seafront location and views towards Bardsey Island & The Llyn Peninsula, Tywyn Beach House is also only 5 minutes' walk away from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctors surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more.
Saturday changeover in peak season.
Short breaks when available outside of the school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.
Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am.
A minimum charge of £350 applies to every booking.
Prices inc. power, bedding & towels. Bring your own beach towels.
The property comfortably sleeps 6 people, but we can accommodate 8 (1 sleeping on comfortable bed sofa in the lounge and one sleeping on a put-up bed)
A £35 per person surcharge applies and we have a cot & high chair for a baby. We will also consider a small dog a £25 surcharge applying.
There is a £250 bond. We accept payments by cheque, BACS or we also have a PayPal facility.
A £35 booking fee applies to each booking.

Rates shown below are per night or for the whole week. Where a nightly rate is shown, we offer a 4 night midweek break arriving on Monday leaving on Friday and a 3 night weekend break arriving on Friday leaving on Monday.

" âTywyn Beach House - seafront family accommodation with balcony and stunning viewâ Our faith has been restored! â â â â â We loved our week here. We were a party of 3 adults and 5 children aged 4-11 and the house was perfect. The children enjoyed playing in the big garden and then on the beach which was a stone's throw away. The large selection of toys and DVDs was an added bonus. The house itself was very clean,comfortable and well-furnished and the sea view from the first-floor lounge was stunning. We were very lucky with the weather and saw some amazing sunsets. We cooked every evening and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were some lovely, thoughtful welcoming touches from the owners when we arrived too, which were much appreciated. After having recently experienced a fairly disastrous holiday rental in Barcelona where the property bore only a fleeting resemblance to what had been advertised, we were delighted and relieved that this property was exactly what was advertised and what we had been hoping for.
