Payments & Receipt

Once your payment is received and recorded on the system, we will send you a payment advice by email. If and when any further payments are due, we will send you a reminder.

Arrival Details

We will send you the arrival details by email about two weeks before your arrival dates. We regularly change the key codes, hence why we don’t send the details to far in advance.

Security Deposit

We will return your security deposit to the bank details you have provided within 14 days after your stay, provided there are no issues, which is very rare.
