Additional info:
Private parking for up to 3 vehicles to the side of the cottage. The farmer has access through the gated area along the track. The road to the cottage is a public single-track tarmac road for approximately 2 miles with passing places. At some points, there are dry stone walls on either side. Small low-powered cars will struggle on the inclines, so we only recommend that you bring a family-size car or 4 X 4. Vans and mini buses are not suitable, due to the narrowness of the road. We DON’T recommend that you arrange supermarket deliveries unless you arrange to meet them at the bottom of the road or in Barmouth, just 2.1 miles away from the turn-off. The final approach is a well-maintained fairly level private gravelled track. NB: Bring sturdy walking boots or wellies and torches.
Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.
Changeover day is FRIDAY in the main season.
Sorry NO pets, due to close proximity to grazing sheep.

Charging of electric cars.
Some of our properties are fitted with professionally installed and connected EVCPs (Electric Vehicle Charging Points) for the safe charging of electric cars. The use of an extension lead into a property that is plugged into a 3-pin domestic supply is strictly prohibited, due to the risk of fire by overloading the domestic electric circuit. Additionally, our owner’s home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV’s ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us..
