This is one of four apartments in this converted period property with private parking. The west-facing aspect affords stunning panoramic views of the beach and Cardigan Bay. From the open plan living, kitchen and dining room you can watch the waves roll in and with the beach located right opposite, you could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sands then enjoying spectacular sunsets over Cardigan Bay on the balcony. Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £399 applies to every booking.
Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY in the peak season.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
We can accept payments by cheque, card payment, or BACS payment in GBP..A £49 booking fee applies to each booking.
NO PETS & NO SMOKERS. Sorry, No children under 12. We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £250 security deposit, which is refundable provided there are no breakages or damage to the property.
It is the guest’s responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
