ACCOMMODATION
Upstairs contains the new-in-2021 fully fitted kitchen, with tiled floor, matte white units, Belfast sink with mixer tap, finished with block wood worktops. There is an integrated oven/grill/extractor, ceramic hob, tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and 4-slice toaster.

The lounge/diner is bright and spacious with real oak flooring. There is an extendable oak dining table and 4 hi-back chairs, comfy fabric sofas, glass top coffee table, plus a 32” Smart TV. The room leads through to the balcony with a rattan bistro set to chill out and enjoy the stunning West-facing sea views.

The ground floor contains the two-bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Both bedrooms have new oak flooring, quality wood wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Crisp white bedding and towels finish off the contemporary look. There is also a travel cot and highchair available.
The double bedroom to the front of the property has a double bed and the rear bedroom has 2 adult size single beds. Off the rear bedroom is a sunroom with 2 basket chairs, and windows overlooking the terrace. The terrace has a large picnic bench and lots of space to enjoy the sunshine and views. A gate leads down to the beach.

The bathroom has a white WC, pedestal wash hand basin, tiled floor and walls, a shower cubicle with an additional handheld attachment, and a curved glass shower screen.

Four Degrees West is an ‘upside-down house’ with the main open plan living space on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor. If you are into surfing or any other water sports, this lovely property is perfectly located to experience the beautiful Cardigan Bay.

Whether you are looking for adventure or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is just a stones throw away, with the stunning Cader Idris mountain only a 15-minute drive from the property. As well as a fantastic location the house is also only a 5 minute walk from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctors surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more.

Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.
Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am.
A minimum charge of £250 applies to every booking.
Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is Saturday.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of electricity, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date.
We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable provided there are no breakages or damage to the property. We can accept payments by cheque but prefer a BACS or FASTER (internet) payment in GBP. We also have a Card Payment facility. A £49 booking fee applies to each booking.
