Lounge Holidays is thrilled to offer ‘Garreg Wen’ a well-presented 3-bedroom terrace house sleeping 6 guests, nestled into a quiet street, just 50 yards from the sandy Barmouth beach and a short walk to the buzzing town.
There is no designated parking, but guests can park on-road and along part of the seafront FREE.

This home offers all the comforts of modern living and is well-equipped with everything you would expect in a quality holiday home. The kitchen/diner is a particularly well-designed family space. The house enjoys views of the beach and the Llyn Peninsular from the upper floor. Barmouth Bridge, the sandy beach, and The Mawddach Estuary are on the doorstep, as well as Barmouth’s fabulous selection of independent shops, pubs, and eateries.

Off the porch & hallway, (useful coat & boot storage area) is this lovely, full-fitted kitchen with a real wood floor. The units are finished in white woodgrain with marble look worktops and breakfast bar. Boasting a great range of quality appliances including:

The back garden has great views of the mountains and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a family barbecue or to top up your tan. The back garden has a decked area with table and chairs to fit 6 people. Bikes, wetsuits, and boards can be stored in the garage.

SITTING ROOM:
The carpeted sitting room has 2 X 2-seater sofas, a period rocking chair, and a leather armchair. The focal point is a Victorian Cast Iron fire to enjoy on the winter evenings. It is equipped with a 32” SMART TV/DVD’s can be found within the upper doors of the old dresser which has been in the family for generations. Patio doors that open onto the decking and rear garden

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.
Changeover day is Friday in the main season.
Pet friendly, maximum 1 dog, sorry no puppies. The pet fee is £35
There is a £49 booking fee and a minimum charge of £399 applies to any stay. We also ask for a £150 security deposit which is refundable provided there are no breakages or damage to the property.
Arrival time is 4 pm and departure 10 am.
Prices inclusive of WIFI energy, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date.
