The house is a short walk into town. There’s a large decked terrace on which to enjoy the sun and alfresco dining.

This room has a kingsize bed which can be made up as a twin room on request. There’s also a ground floor toilet.

There is a 32 inch flat screen TV.

Front doors lead onto the sunny west facing the garden.

The upstairs contains one large double bedroom with a triple oak wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers & an en-suite shower room with a sea view. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, vanity wash hand unit, and WC.

There is a twin room with a flat-screen TV, twin wardrobe and enjoys a partial sea view.

There is a large Wendy House with deck chairs, a washing line & dryer. So, Swn Y Tonnau has everything you need for that perfect beach holiday!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The property’s weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion. Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £250 applies to every booking. Where a 1 week minimum applies, our changeover day is Saturday. Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of electric, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
We have a cot & high chair for a baby.
Pet friendly, maximum of 2 dogs, sorry no puppies. Pet fee is £35 per dog.
We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property. We can accept payments by card, cheque or BACS or FASTER (internet) payment in GBP. A £49 booking fee applies to each booking.
