Chwerthin Y Mor beach house offers chilled-out coastal living with a surfing influence and all the comforts of modern living. One of our most popular homes and massively improved in 2022, including a balcony. Quirky, stylish and more than a little bit special, this FAB ‘upside down’ beachfront house could not be closer to the shoreline, just a few paces away through the garden gate and onto the sandy beach!

Once you’ve ridden the waves, chill out on the patio watching the dolphins play and enjoy the amazing sunsets.

The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset.
There is a small driveway to the front of the property with parking for one car plus on road parking for more.

Whether you are looking for adventure or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is just a stone throw away, with the stunning Cader Idris only a 10-minute drive from the property. As well as a fantastic seafront location and views towards Bardsey Island & The Llyn Peninsula, the beach house is also only 5 minutes walk away from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctors surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Minimum charge £250 per stay.
Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am.
Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
NO PETS sorry.
We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.
We can accept payments by cheque, BACS, or card payment. A £49 booking fee applies to each booking.
