ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am.

Where a 1 week minimum applies, our changeover day is FRIDAY.

Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

The property comfortably sleeps 4 guests. There is a sofa bed in the second sitting room which can be used on request for an additional charge of £50 per booking (guests to bring their own bedding for this)

One dog is welcome with prior agreement, a £35 surcharge applies, sorry no puppies. We respectfully request that you do not allow your dog on the furniture or upstairs, nor should they be left unattended in the property.

We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.

We can accept payments by cheque, Bacs, or card payment. A £49 booking fee applies to each booking.
