From the rear of the property, you access a sunny terrace with a wooden table and chairs. The West facing terrace has a new Typhoon (easy to use) 6-seater hot tub. Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun and enjoy the fabulous sea views over the Welsh Coast, looking towards the Llyn Peninsula with Bardsey Island in the distance. Don’t miss the amazing sunsets that the West coast has to offer!

Parking & access

The cottage has its own private off-road parking for 3 cars max, one of those cars needs to be a small one. Further parking is available on the town a 10 min walk. The house is accessed via several stone steps up to the front door. The steps are not particularly steep, fine for any reasonably mobile/active person.

As well as a fantastic location this home is only a 10 minutes walk to Barmouth town centre with its shops and good pubs/eateries.

Surrounded by The Snowdonia National Park, Bryn Mair is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with families, miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you and numerous stunning walks are close by. This is a walker paradise with The Mawddach, Panoramic & Dyffryn Trails very close, plus Cader Idris just a 20 minutes drive away! If you’re not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast Express all the way along this glorious coastline. If you’re into cycling or horse riding there are numerous scenic places to ride.

1 bag of logs is provided, FREE of charge, additional bags available at garages and supermarkets.

Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £499 applies to every booking.

Christmas dates 22nd to 29th Dec & New Year 30th December to 5th January

Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £399.00 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.

We can accept payments by cheque, BACS, or card payment. A £49 booking fee applies to each booking.
