Pet friendly, £35 per dog with a maximum of 2, sorry no puppies.

Within easy and walking distance to the lively High Street with shops and eateries and a stunning sandy beach just 10 minutes walk away. Watch the sunrise over the ‘Bird Rock’ then watching the sun set over Cardigan Bay on the beach. An unforgettable experience!

All the stairways and bedrooms are newly carpeted. The hallway and sitting room have laminate flooring and the dining room and kitchen has an original slate flagon floor.

This lovely room has an authentic period feel, with an original fireplace and feature ‘electric wood-burner’, a pine extendable dining table and dining chairs for 6 guests plus a bench to sit 2 more guests. Dresser with books and games.

A quality ‘Shaker Style’ fitted kitchen with ‘wood block effect’ worktops. Back door opening onto the rear enclosed yard and through to the separate sunny back garden.

OUTSIDE
The property has a small front garden, plus a rear enclosed yard and a separate terraced back garden. If it’s windy on the beach, the sheltered and enclosed back garden is a real sun-trap through to the end of the day and has a slated sitting area. On road parking at the front is unrestricted.

As well as being in a quiet location with lots of parking outside. Cadair View is very close to the town and the seafront, being only a 2 minutes walk away from the town centre – with the world-famous Talyllyn Railway – plus all amenities including leisure centre, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more. Snowdonia and stunning countryside are right on your doorstep. Set on the edge of the National Park, Tywyn is close to the sublime Mawddach and Dovey Estuaries and Cader Idris. Miles of stunning coastal & hillside walks await you!

Additional information-
It is the guest’s responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.

Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm; vacate by 10.00 am. Where a 1 week minimum applies our changeover day is FRIDAY.

Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week inclusive of electricity/gas, bedding and towels. Pet friendly, £35 per dog with a maximum of 2, sorry no puppies.

Please bring your own beach towels. We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property. We can accept payments by BACS or FASTER (internet) payment in GBP. We also have a secure card payment facility. A £49 booking fee applies to each booking.
