DOWNSTAIRS

Entering from the front/road into a lovely period hallway with porch, handy for leaving coats and walking boots. The hallway is fully tiled right the way through into the kitchen. The sitting room is on the left with the kitchen/diner to the rear.
Kitchen/Dining Room:

With patio doors to the side, leading out to the terrace and rear garden.

The big chunky oak table can sit 8/10.

The kitchen certainly has the WOW factor with an archway that leads from the dining area into this contemporary oak finished kitchen with ‘granite look’ worktops, it has everything you would expect in a hi-spec, holiday home kitchen.

The original stairway is a fabulous feature of this lovely home. The stairways are newly carpeted, and bedrooms have ‘driftwood style’ laminate flooring and rugs.
All the bedding is brand new with mattress toppers, mattresses & pillow protectors on all the beds.

OUTSIDE

Enclosed Garden and Slate terrace:
From the rear of the property, you access a small yard with the enclosed West-facing garden opposite. There is a spacious area and relax with a slate patio and seating. Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun, or take a short walk to Tywyn Beach to enjoy the fabulous sea views over the Welsh Coast. Don’t miss the amazing sunsets that the West Coast has to offer!

Parking & access:
The house has on-road parking outside (no restrictions) and there is additional parking available in the town just a 2 min walk. The house is accessed via a couple of steps up to the front door. The steps are not particularly steep, fine for any reasonably mobile/active person.

Nearby:
As well as a fantastic location this home is only a 2-minute walk to Tywyn town center with its shops and good pubs/eateries.
Surrounded by The Snowdonia National Park, Cadair Vista Villa is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with families, miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you and numerous stunning walks are close by. This is a walker paradise with Cader Idris, plus The Dovey and Mawddach Estuaries very close. If you’re not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast Express all the way along this glorious coastline. If you’re into cycling or horse-riding there are numerous scenic places to ride.

1 bag of logs is provided, FREE of charge, additional bags available at garages and supermarkets.
Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £399 applies to every booking.
Christmas dates 22nd to 29th Dec & New Year 30th December to 5th January
Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is FRIDAY
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Pet friendly, maximum of 2 dogs, sorry no puppies. Pet fee is £35 per dog.
We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £299.00 security deposit, which is refundable provided there are no breakages or damage to the property.
We can accept payments by cheque, BACS, or card payment. A £49 booking fee applies to each booking.
